A catch up of sorts

Our poor IMac had the hard drive crash a few weeks ago. I just had time to take it on last week. Thankfully the tech was able to save our documents and pictures off of the old one. I am now grateful that I hadn't deleted any photos from Blair's birth or since then. You can bet I will be setting up a backup. 

Blair has perfected rolling over front to back and back to front. She seems much happier to be on the move so to say. She has been rolling all over toward toys we move away from her or toward us if we position ourselves away from her. 

We have been busy despite Jeff not getting his typical overtime. The rain seems to be never ending lately. It really needs to stop.  Our garden needs weeded and the rest of the CEOs need to go in.  We made a few trips to Saybrook but never feel like there is enough time there. Grandma great is in the hospital with what we have been told is now a mild stroke. So upsetting no major problems or limitations but its hard on anyone to see a loved one in the hospital. 

More frequent updates in the coming weeks because our computer will be back soon and we got new iPhones. Momma updated from her dinosaur phone and is loving it :)!

Blair,

You are 4 months old.  You weight 11 lbs. 12 oz. and are 23 1/2 inches long.  You are such a joy to be around and growing and changing daily.  You wear size 1 diapers and newborn, 3 month, and 3-6 month clothing.

You love to play on the floor and you roll and scoot all over the place!

We sit on the floor with you and you will jabber and squeal-talk to us for a few minutes at a time.  You love your "O-ball" and your lambie.  They both go with us when we leave the house.

You love going on walks and being outside.  You look around and take everything in.

You go to bed around 7 each night and wake up around 2-3 in the morning to nurse and then are back asleep until 6-6:30.  We don't swaddle you to sleep anymore and you sleep on your side but wiggle all over your crib.  Some mornings you have your feet poking through the rails :)

Daddy and Mommy hate to leave you but you are in good hands during the day.

You have had lots of visitors this month and have gone to meet more people too.  You are a good traveler which is great!

Your smile is infectious and your giggle is the absolute best!  You look at yourself in the mirror and carry on your own baby conversation and just giggle it is the best thing- especially if mommy or daddy have had a bad day.
